The only way to stop being billed for a server is to delete the server; if you do so, your server will be deleted forever and you will be unable to recover any data it contained. Using the GoGrid MyGSI function is another option to save a “golden” image of your server to launch at a later date. See our Wiki for more information. How do I create a Support case?

GoGrid Support will reply with a questionnaire that you must fill out and return before you are granted access.

Occasionally, upgrading can take up to 30 minutes if there’s not enough room on your current GoGrid node. In this rare occasion, we will seamlessly migrate your Cloud Server to a new GoGrid node.Whats the maximum amount of RAM to which I can upgrade my Cloud Server(s)?
