We calculate a RAM Hour as 1 GB of RAM deployed on the GoGrid system for 1 hour. For example, if you have a .5 GB server deployed for 3 hours, you will have accrued 1.5 RAM Hours of usage. If you have an 8 GB server deployed for 2 hours, you will have accrued 16 RAM Hours of usage.

Customers on a plan have the option to upgrade or change plans at the end of their term. Contact your sales representative if you need help, or submit a ticket through the customer portal. Existing Pay-As-You-Go customers must contact sales and change to the new Pay-As-You-Go hourly plan to receive the promotional pricing.
